Are you aware of trigger point referral pain?

Referral or referred pain is when there is pain in a specific muscle but creates pain in another area of the body. For example, if there is a trigger point in the Trapezius muscle (upper back/ Shoulder area), it can refer pain up towards the head and neck and cause tension headaches or even migraines.

-Do you have localized pain in your muscles?
-Is the pain worse when pressure is applied to the muscle?
-Do you experience referral pain, meaning that the pain radiates from the trigger point to another area?
-Do you have reduced range of motion in the affected muscle?
-Do you feel fatigue in the affected muscle?
-Does the muscle feel tight or knotted?
