The biggest modification to the contract was clarifying:

•Rate / hour
•Fixing materials charge
•Overtime within 1 hour after the quoted time is FREE (because sometimes we just need some extra time😉)
•Overtime rate/hr *past* the free 1 hour
•Move in/out cleans with a set number of hours, and flat rate
•Same day cancellations
•Scheduled drugs, crime scene, septic, rodent and bugs resulting in immediate leave of the service provider
•Easier to find chart for whats provided
•Payment
•Confidentiality
•Damaged and/or Broken property

We have updates our contracts to accommodate for better reading of terms and services, there has also been more added to the contract to clarify some mistakes made in the previous contract.

We have another successful first time clean with a wall wash today!!
