One of the greatest gifts this knowledge has given me is how to embody it into wisdom. It's magical how it addresses what we take in and how we digest it. From the sight of a beautiful sunset to the delicious taste of a nourishing apple - and everything else we take in via our five senses - it ALL needs to be digested. But how? That's the magic - which is actually it's simplicity - of Ayurveda.

Ayurveda is Yoga's less known sister.
Most people I meet stumble a bit with how to say 'Ayurveda'. Some have never heard of it, and that's totally fine! My goal is to help you understand what Ayurveda is and how it can profoundly help you.
