I like to think of our short terms goals as “Micro” goals!

These are the little goals we set for ourselves, that are quickly achievable and directly support our success along the way.

When we see success in our micro goals, it keeps our vision securely focused on the long term, “macro” goal.

The other beautiful thing about setting small, micro goals is that it creates a journey we love being on.

The small steps/micro goals we make, are the journey. It makes getting to the big goal fun, and enjoyable. The micro goals ARE where the real magick happens. 🖤✨

I’ve come to know many soul lessons over the course of these 33 years.

However before I leaned into my gifts, I certainly didn’t know what a soul lesson was. I chalked a lot of things up in my life to miss steps, luck, giant flukes, and not being good enough, etc… the list could go one forever.

But in its simplest form, a soul lesson is the deep reflective moments- where we pause after an experience (good, bad, big, or small) and say in not so many words…

“What the f**k just happened?!”

Or my personal favourite

“what did that just teach me?”

✨They are the energy we generate as we navigate our fated paths, vs our destined ones.

✨They are the opportunity to turn the smallest inner nudge into a giant push in a new direction all together.

Many of our soul lessons are decided before we ever even get here. Lessons that we didn’t quite get or understand in previous lifetimes, that need repeating. I hope that as you move through and experience the world, you start to pay attention to the soul lessons you have. And I hope you take something away from them that guides you into a life you are grateful for everyday.

Slide 2 is todays medicine. A reminder in soul lessons that I needed. To know that jumping in is for the courageous and that I get to choose how my paths unfold. Knowing deeply that I can trust the timing of my life. It’s all waiting to workout in my favour, and that if I want to experience more, I have to show up as the person, the healer, and the dreamer that I am born to be.
