Intervention
Gotca Group will be responsible for the facades in the refurbishment of the Oriente Green Campus, the first LEED Platinum building.

This is the refurbishment of a 3-storey office building, designed by KPF - Kohn Pederson Fox in partnership with Saraiva & Associados and supervised by Engexpor.

The project includes 140,800 sqft of curtain walling, including doors and windows, 80,200 sqft of cladding (composite panel and terracotta), 113 lm of glass railings, 1,622 lm of steel railings, 20,237 sqft of Kalzip roofing.
