The event was held at the beautiful and brought together professionals from various fields to connect and share ideas. We thoroughly enjoyed hearing from Steve Voisin of Sunbelt Rentals and the lessons learned throughout his career. 👏🏻

Our administrative team may work behind the scenes, but we could not do what we do without them! We’re doing some reflecting on this sunny day…did you know that almost 50% of our properties have been with us for 10 years or more? Our longest-standing clients have been with Five Rivers (then MF) since the late 80’s! 🤯

We are so very grateful for the long term clients that have trusted us, grown alongside us, and celebrated milestones with us. Our goal is always to foster a strong partnership with our clients, while making Five Rivers a great place to work, and these are things we work on each and every day. 🙏🏻💚💙

Who knew garbage could be so interesting?! 🤷🏻‍♀️

We were fortunate to have for a lunch and learn yesterday. We learned all about moloks (semi-underground waste containers): how they’re made, how they work, and why they are a great alternative to traditional dumpster-style bins. 🗑️

As a condominium management company, we don’t always have a say in the waste removal set up of a new build, but we are finding that established condos are looking for options that are more accessible, more secure, and more cost efficient. If you service moloks in the Grand River area, please reach out - we would love to hear from you! 🚛
