😋 QUANTA FIRFIR ቃንጣ ፍርፍር ...looks like a bit of a mess but it tastes delicious. It is pan-fried dried beef (similar to beef jerky) sautéed with tomatoes, onions, garlic, berbere and spices, cooked in water. At the end of the cooking process, injera (an Ethiopian sourdough flatbread) is torn up and mixed in to absorb the juices. It’s also served with injera with eat it with along with salad. We're open daily from noon till 9pm for dining in, takeout and delivery. አመሰግናለሁ 🙏🏾

🇪🇹 Traditional Ethiopian cuisine is very distinctive and a large part of the national identity. Food runs deep through Ethiopia‘s ancient culture. Eaten with your hands it creates a strong communal element that creates a bond unlike anywhere else in the world.

The menu includes a variety of mild to spicy lentil dishes, to the popular Doro Wat chicken & egg stew, to spicy sautéed beef Tibs or tasty lamb, to collard greens, beets or cabbage… Ethiopian cuisine is far from bland – one of the most common Ethiopian spice blends is called berbere which includes chili powder, fenugreek, ginger, garlic, cardamom and cinnamon.
