Heading into the new week like….

Feeling so rejuvenated and glowing from the inside out. ☀️✨

I took an extra long weekend to travel up to Ottawa and visit some special people. I have this lovely pocket of friends up here that I am so fortunate to be able to see when I can. It is amazing to have friendships like that where you aren’t able to see each other all of the time, but when you do, it’s like you haven’t missed a beat.

So much goodness for the soul. 🌿
