Our energetic anatomy is complicated but here is a basic breakdown of what makes up our energetic system.

Energetic blockages can lead to physical, mental and emotional symptoms. By restoring healthy flow of energy, we can experience ease and flow in all areas of our life 🌞

Reiki is a beautiful, transformational and yet gentle modality that can help restore balance on all levels (mental, physical, emotional and spiritual) by healing through energy. Reiki also heals symptoms from the root cause, making it an incredibly holistic modality.

Reiki is also a wonderful complement to other modalities. We often take care of our physical bodies and mental health but adding energetic healing can be greatly beneficial for lasting change.

However, it would be lovely to see our community and strength on the Zoom call, if you are comfortable.
