Big Energy from the planets....worth a read🙏

Pay close attention to your inner promptings this week, as we are being activated in subtle and profound ways. With the Uranus, Neptune, Pluto in harmonious alignment, we are receiving powerful transmissions that impact us energetically.

Maybe you can feel old attachments loosening and falling away, leaving you lighter, renewed, or just different. That's the plan.
They are simultaneously dissolving, rearranging and innovating, creating a cultural shift by generating frequencies that encode and upgrade consciousness.

July 4 - Mars conjunct Uranus in Gemini

Mars meets Uranus in Gemini with a burst of movement, insight and change. Expect the unexpected as plans shift, conversations accelerate and new info arrives quickly. This is breakthrough energy that can liberate you from outdated thinking, habitual patterns and stagnant situations.

But it can also create impatience, scattered attention and impulsive reactions if you're not grounded. Stay awake and be flexible. Consider innovative solutions and new ways of engaging going forward. A single conversation, awareness or decision can impact your future.

Mercury Retrograde rules Mars-Uranus in Gemini, which supports reviewing any ideas, decisions and boundaries that need revising to align with your evolving consciousness. Mercury Rx in Cancer is slow and sensitive, which can help to regulate your rhythm and integrate necessary info as life speeds up. This is a blessing. Use Mercury Retrograde to aid you in your process.

July 4 - Mars trine Neptune

Neptune softens the atmosphere and calls you within to contemplate, listen and attune to your inner world for messages that serve your unfolding path. Practice Wu Wei, moving with effortless action by flowing around obstacles, so that you are intuitively guided harmoniously with your environment.

July 5 - Mars trine Pluto

Mars trine Pluto empowers you to act with greater courage, confidence and purpose. You may feel a surge of personal power and confidence to handle what is being asked of you. This powerful aspect supports focused action, resilience and resolute determination, giving you the stamina and inner strength to accomplish what you may have once feared or avoided.

July 6 - Sun square Saturn

After the heightened energy of the weekend, now you come down to earth and face a decision or a reality check of some kind. It may be extra responsibility, a delay or a perceived challenge, but honor your process by doing the necessary work and being patient. It may not make sense in the moment, but there is a greater plan and this is part of it. More will be revealed as you go on.

July 7-Dec 12 - Neptune Stations Retrograde

The Neptune Station's energy of Oneness is reverberating all week as it stops to turn Retrograde. The energy of Being is unwinding old ego structures and stimulating your dreams. Create space for retreat and stillness whenever you can.

This is a good time for visioning, meditation, being in nature, spiritual practices and just relaxing. Spaciousness is nourishing. Try to take twice as much time to do half as many things so you can rest your nervous system.

July 9-Aug 6 - Venus in Virgo

This is a period to refine who and what matters to you, to clear clutter, organize your life and find beauty in simplicity. Your habits and routines illustrate what you value and your rituals reveal how you value yourself. Self-care is honored with a focus on what you can simplify or streamline.

With Venus in Virgo, less is more, but it has to be effective and efficient. Acts of service are Virgo's love language and helpfulness is their currency. Note: perfectionism and self-criticism is a judgment against yourself (or others), so don't get carried away with getting everything so "right" you forfeit your happiness.

June '26 - Sept '27 - Jupiter in Leo

Jupiter in Leo is asking you to step into your leadership and share your gifts, strengths and talents. You have something special to offer and it's time to show up and shine your Light.

You were not given your gifts to keep them hidden. Honor yourself, your generosity and what you're here to share, allowing for new creative expression to come through you. With Jupiter's possibilities amplifying Leo's potential, you never know what can happen when you say, "Yes!"

If you've been too serious, it's time to recover your ability to play and embody joy again. Your childlike essence is still within you, waiting to come out, as Jupiter in Leo loves to have fun!

June 19-Sept 17 - Chiron in Ta**us

This is about how you value your Self. Your worthiness influences your decisions, goals and determines what you allow yourself to receive and what you ultimately believe is possible. It also shapes your beliefs about abundance.

Jupiter in Leo calls you forward, but Chiron in Ta**us will inhibit you if it feels wrong or unsafe for you to be visible, to be the leader, to be in your Authority.

You may look good in your world, but may still be playing at a level that feels safe for you and is not really your full expression. Only you know that, but this is a profound exploration should you choose to do it.

Anything that feels challenging to your security or physical wellbeing is ripe for Chiron's activation —and medicine. How you handle what you experience is an inside job and that's where the real healing takes place.

It's important to be connected to those who support your growth, expansion and blossoming as we experience new incoming frequencies this month.

You want a tribe who can support, inspire and celebrate you as you shift into new creative expressions where you are even more of your Self in some new way. Community is the name of the game in this new era, so find yours if you don't have one now.

Keep your heart open and trust that All is in Divine Order. Inspiration overrides lower energies, so find whatever inspires you to grow.

Love As Alchemy

Most people think the right relationship will never trigger them.

But real love does not bypass your wounds.

It reveals them.

The closer someone gets to your heart, the more they touch the places you learned to protect.

The fear of being abandoned.

The fear of being controlled.

The fear of not being enough.

The fear of being unseen.

The fear of needing too much.

The fear of loving and losing yourself.

This is why intimacy can feel so beautiful and so terrifying at the same time.

Because love brings light into the rooms of you that survival kept locked.

A trigger is not always a sign that someone is wrong for you.

Sometimes it is a sign that an old version of you is asking to be witnessed.

But here is where consciousness matters.

Your trigger is not your partner’s responsibility to carry.

And your partner’s trigger is not your responsibility to fix.

Love becomes unhealthy when support turns into saving.

When compassion turns into self-abandonment.

When nurturing turns into mothering.

When patience becomes permission for dysfunction.

Real love does not say:

“I will heal you.”

Real love says:

“I will stand beside you while you choose to heal yourself.”

That is the balance.

Because love can hold the mirror…

but it cannot do the inner work for you.

A conscious relationship is not two perfect people who never get triggered.

It is two people who are willing to pause before projection.

To listen before defending.

To take responsibility before blaming.

To regulate before reacting.

To ask:

“What wound in me is speaking right now?”

“What is this moment trying to show me?”

“Am I responding from love, or from protection?”

This is where relationships become sacred.

Not because they are always peaceful…

but because they become a place where unconscious pain can finally become conscious.

The trigger becomes the doorway.

The conflict becomes the mirror.

The wound becomes the teacher.

And love becomes the field where two people stop fighting each other and start witnessing the patterns that were fighting through them.

But never confuse unconditional love with unconditional access.

Love can be compassionate and still have boundaries.

Love can be patient and still require accountability.

Love can understand your trauma and still refuse to be abused by it.

Because real love is not about tolerating every wound.

It is about transforming the wound so it no longer controls the relationship.

The goal is not to find someone who never activates your shadows.

The goal is to become someone who can meet your shadows without letting them run your life.

Because the deepest love is not the absence of triggers.

It is the presence of awareness when triggers arise.

And when two people can meet each other there…

not as enemies,

not as parents,

not as saviors,

but as mirrors with open hearts…

the relationship becomes more than love.

It becomes alchemy.

Two nervous systems learning safety.

Two inner children learning trust.

Two souls choosing presence over protection.

That is where love stops being fantasy.

And becomes transformation.
