Not every struggle comes with visible warning signs.

That is one of the reasons mental health awareness matters.

Through our Tough Enough To Talk About It program, 98% of participants reported learning how to recognize signs of declining mental health, and 98% reported learning what to say when someone may be struggling.

Those numbers remind us that many people want to help but simply do not know what to look for or how to start the conversation.

When we learn to recognize the signs, check in with one another, and connect people to support, we create stronger families, workplaces, teams, and communities.

A simple conversation may not solve every problem, but it can remind someone they are not alone.
