Access Physiotherapy opened its doors to Grande Prairie and the Peace Country in 1992 at our first location on the north side of the city. We pride ourselves on giving individual thorough assessments and treatment plans that meet the goals of the patient. We strive every day to keep up with the recent research and best practice available to effectively and efficiently treat even the more challenging problems including chronic pain or debilitating injury.

Introducing our new Physiotherapist Jordan!!!
Jordan was born and raised in Grande Prairie, spending most of his time playing hockey. Jordan's passion for sports and fitness led him to Red Deer College where he received a Diploma in Kinesiology (Coaching & Sports Performance). Then received his Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Alberta-Augustana. While attending post secondary he opened up "TAGS" Athletic Gym for hockey players and athletes to train in the summers and eventually full-time.
After a few crazy years of hockey, coaching, and gym, He was looking for a new challenge. At the time he was personally dealing with some physical problems and stresses of life. After being treated by Janet and seeing/hearing the experiences of patients he knew this was the path he wanted to pursue. So he skipped town to sunny Gold Coast, Australia where he received his Doctor of Physiotherapy from Bond University.
I am incredibly excited to be back in the Peace Country and very thankful for Miguel, Janet, and the Access Physiotherapy Team!- Jordan
