Stretching can help to improve flexibility, decrease post-workout soreness, and help you continue burning calories after a workout. Whether you are working out at your local Curves club or at home with MyCurves On Demand, stretching is incorporated into every workout.

The Chest Stretch helps stretch the muscles in the upper body that are often overlooked. The Chest Stretch stretches the Biceps, Pectorals, and Deltoids. Stretch to the point of tension and hold. Hold each stretch for at least 15 seconds. Breathe deeply. Avoid bouncing or excessive pulling.
