It’s been 165 years since the congregation of the Episcopal Methodist Church* raised the roof at 12 Chapel Street. In 1850, this simple one and a half storey home, of Modern Gothic style, was built for and by Ephraim Lillie Koyle (b. 1813) and his wife, Francis Culp.
