Dynamic Bodies Personal Training offers you one-on-one or partner training within one of our two private studio's in Georgetown, ON. We focus on Strength Training, Core Conditioning and Proper Nutrition. We also offer TRX Suspension Training, Yoga, Pliates and Mommy and Baby Classes.

During Alysia's PT session she performed a series of cable exercises. We incorporated both lower body and core exercises. Some of them were new to both of us.

The exercise in the first frame, not as effective as it may look. The exercise on the second frame, LOVED!! 🍑
