As leaders in the trade, it’s on us to create space for that evolution.

And just as important — teach them that flaws aren’t failures if you’re honest, accountable, and committed to improving.

Here’s the truth most people don’t say out loud: even the master electrician is still learning. Codes change. Methods evolve. Every job presents a new problem to solve. The difference is experience teaches you how to think, not just what to do.
