Held at the lovely Way to Wellness studio on 32nd side road outside of Acton, ON, we will learn about what makes mindfulness meditation different than other styles of meditation, what we can expect as we practice, and how we can relate to our lives in such a way that we can stop running (or at least slow down a little).
