⁉️ Can looking down at your phone for hours SOMETIMES contribute to neck pain? Of course. But so can sitting in a stiff erect posture for long periods, looking up for long periods performing overhead work, and for many other non-specific reasons that have nothing to do with your position or movement! (stress, lack of sleep, depression, anxiety, poor nutrition, etc)

πŸ’₯ Having pain in your neck does not mean that you are injured or have a weak spine! And looking down at your phone is not dangerous!
