Red Rover is New Brunswick’s oldest commercial-scale craft cider, and served its first customer at "The CiderHouse" in February 2014. Did you know.... We start fermenting jingleberry in the spring!
The cider matures all summer, before the fresh crushed local blueberries from Minto are added in the fall. It sits on the berry skins and added spices before being filtered carbonated and hand bottled in November. This slow process gives amazing complexity to a seasonal favorite that you'll be sure to love!
