Today we honour the missing and murdered Indigenous women, girls, and 2-Spirit people across Canada.

The red dress is a reminder of the lives lost, the families still waiting for answers, and the systemic failures that continue today. These are not just statistics, they are daughters, sisters, mothers, and friends.

On this day, we commit to listening to Indigenous communities, amplifying their voices, and demanding meaningful action, not just acknowledgement.

What does 16 weeks of mealtime support actually look like? 👇

✅ An assessment — we get to know your child and your family's priorities before building any plan

✅ Individualized treatment sessions 1–3x per week with an experienced professional

✅ Caregiver coaching so the strategies don't stop when the session ends

✅ Practical tools to make mealtime calmer and more successful at home

We support children ages 2–12 (and beyond) dealing with selective eating, ARFID, problem behaviour at mealtimes, or very limited food variety — with or without a formal diagnosis.

The goal isn't a perfect eater. It's a child (and a family) who can sit down to a meal without dread.
