ecovery. Laura leads a healthy lifestyle and has been a long-standing member at the YMCA. She believes that a well-balanced lifestyle not only enhances a healthy mind and body but also helps to manage chronic pain, and will in turn, prevent re-injury. Since certifying in Active Release Teachniques in 2008 and completing her training in acupuncture in 2011, Laura is able to apply many modalities in her treatments such as cupping, acupuncture, electrostimulation, active release technique, deep tissue massage, and myofascial release. Every treatment is tailored to each clients’ needs with an in-depth conversation and assessment to come up with the best treatment plan for each individual.
