✨ Meet Alice ✨

This ethereal girl stopped by our store recently and absolutely stole our hearts 🤍 Alice is a Saluki cross from a rescue in Qatar for Salukis — shy, demure, and breathtakingly beautiful in every way. She floated through our door like a whisper and left us completely enchanted. 🐾

Salukis are one of the oldest dog breeds in the world, treasured across the Middle East for thousands of years as noble hunting companions. Yet despite their regal heritage, countless Salukis and Saluki crosses in Qatar face abandonment once they’re no longer needed for hunting — left to survive on the streets or face far worse fates.

That’s where Qatari rescues for Salukis steps in 🙏 These incredible organizations work tirelessly to rescue, rehabilitate and rehome these gentle souls, giving dogs like Alice a second chance at the life they’ve always deserved.

Salukis are sensitive, deeply loyal, and quietly affectionate — they’re not your typical boisterous breed. They thrive in calm homes where their gentle spirit is understood and cherished.

❤️ Meatball, you absolute legend. This gorgeous bearded dragon waltzed into our store, picked up his crickets like the distinguished gentleman he is, AND left a donation for our PAW Month campaign. We didn’t know we needed a bearded dragon to restore our faith in humanity, but here we are. 🥹

Meatball, you are officially the most dapper, most generous, and most scaly donor we have ever had the pleasure of meeting. We hope those crickets were everything you dreamed of and more. You deserve it. 🦗👑

What’s better than a corgi visit? A double corgi visit. 🐾🐾

Finnlee and Mucklebee brought twice the joy, twice the zoomies, and about a million times the smiles. Fun fact: corgis were actually the beloved companions of Queen Elizabeth II, who owned more than 30 of them throughout her lifetime — so basically, we had royalty in the store 👑

This sweet girl has been patiently waiting for her forever home, and while she hasn’t found her perfect family just yet — she is absolutely making the most of every single day! 🥹❤️

Penny has been living her best (temporary) life — munching on her favourite cat grass 🌱, ruling the big bed stacks like the queen she is 👑, and going absolutely wild for her catnip toy! 😂🐾

She may not be in her forever home yet, but this girl knows how to find joy in the little things and really? We could all learn a thing or two from Penny. 💛

🛁✨ Meet Cashew! ✨🛁

This stunning 6-year-old Japanese Akita (Akita Inu) just came in for a self-serve bath and let’s be honest? He owned every second of it. 😍🐾

Can we just take a moment to appreciate how absolutely GORGEOUS this breed is?! 🤩

A little about the Akita Inu: 🇯🇵
The Akita is a national treasure in Japan, originally bred in the mountainous regions of northern Japan as a hunting and guard dog. Known for their:

🐻 Bear-like appearance with a broad head and thick double coat
💪 Powerful, noble build that commands attention in every room
🤍 Fierce loyalty — they bond deeply with their family and are known as a symbol of good health, happiness, and long life in Japanese culture
🧠 Intelligence and independence — confident, courageous, and always dignified
