Submissions are welcome until December 18th so keep the masterpieces coming.

Our Annual "Decorate our Christmas Tree" donations are still being accepted as well. All who donate are entered into a raffle to with a dinner for 12 from Fraberts Fresh Food or a $300 gift card. All proceeds support Team Addy!

How to enter : Show us your skills and colour the picture however you'd like. All are welcome to participate. You can bring your picture into the clinic or email your submission to [email protected].

FOUR lucky winners will receive a $50.00 gift card to Brighten Up!

Winners will be drawn on Wednesday, December 18th.

It's that time of year again! It's our 8th annual Christmas Fundraiser! This year we are supporting Team Addy! 💙💛 We will match donations up to $500!

Here's how it works....

Help us decorate our Christmas tree by donating to receive an ornament and raffle tickets. The winner of the draw will receive either a Christmas Dinner for 12 from Fraberts Fresh Food OR a gift card of the same value ($300)!!

Donate $1 - $10 and receive 1 raffle ticket.
Donate $10 - $19 and receive 5 raffle tickets.
Donate $20+ and receive 15 raffle tickets.

We will be collecting donations at the front desk and the winner will be drawn on Wednesday, December 20th. Happy Holidays!🎄
