🌀👯‍♀️There is something deeply transformative about training in a space where people are committed to both artistry and personal growth. Modern dance asks us to be fully present and listen carefully to the body, to move with intention, and to develop strength through awareness rather than force. These tools support longevity in dance by helping artists cultivate adaptability, efficiency, and trust within their movement practice. This intensive is an invitation to show up for yourself while being supported by a community doing the same.

A lifelong learner of Modern Dance, she is a unique artist and will be running her workshops in the morning June 15-19th. This is a big push, and will take you to new heights as a dancer!
