MISSING DOG – PLEASE SHARE

Birch, one of our adoptable dogs, is currently missing from his adopters home. He was last seen in the East West Line area, West of Town Line (orchards), in NOTL and there have been possible sightings in St. Catharines.

⚠️ Birch is very scared and may run if approached. Please do not chase or call out to him.

📸 Take a photo if possible
📞 Call 905-682-0767 ext. 1 immediately with details

We have staff and volunteers ready to respond quickly. Sightings are critical to bringing Birch home safely.

The park is going to look different over the next month, and Im asking for everyone’s help!

We are working with a local company to reforest large sections of the park. Our dream is to have shade trees and evergreens growing to foster a rebalance of nature on our once farmland. To create a habitat for birds and insects, shade for the dogs, sorawling roots to prevent erosion and water retention. For the rest of March and all of April the park will be flagged for the placement of new trees to be planted early this spring.

We are very excited about this new adventure! We’re doing everything that we can to ensure a successful start for these baby trees.

I need everyone’s help to discourage your dogs from playing with the flags or pulling them out. And when the young trees are planted, we ask the same of you then.

Leaning into that cozy time of year! 7acre farmstand is stocked with firewood and limited quantities of organic garlic (weather permitting~ have to keep that garlic cozy too).

Did anyone notice our new addition!? You sure will next time the sun is too hot or the rain is too hard 😊.

We picked the most beautiful spot for our shelter- the highest hill, tucked on the southern corner. Far enough away from the road and the stresses of life. I cant wait to enjoy a coffee in the rain, watching the dogs explore & sniff, while I listen to the trees and the rain drops as the dance on the metal roof. Enjoy!
