What do you do when a pocket is completely destroyed, take the perfectly good one off the scrap material coveralls

Did some alterations for a bridesmaid dress the weekend. It is such a pretty shade of pink.

Had to take in 2" along the bodice, shorten the straps slightly and then hem 5" off of 3 layers.

Wife called to have a zipper replaced on a new pair of coveralls that her husband had wrecked the teeth on. When she dropped them off, she joked that her husband was wanting it lengthened but she had told him no.

Once I saw how the zipper was wrecked I decided to upgrade the zipper and I also lengthened it as well since it was easy to do.
