Racing Instructor Introduction – Neil Lauzon

Continuing with our racing instructor introductions, we are proud to welcome Neil Lauzon to the OnTrack Performance Riding School coaching team.

A graduate of Academy 9INE, Neil has established himself as a true force in the Western Canadian road racing scene. His passion for motorcycles, combined with a relentless dedication to improvement, has shaped his racecraft and propelled him to become one of the fastest competitors in the region.

Neil’s approach to riding reflects both precision and commitment—qualities that define his success on track and now underpin his coaching philosophy.

We are excited to have Neil join OTP for his inaugural season as a riding instructor, where he brings not only speed and experience, but a deep appreciation for the value of structured coaching and rider development.

In Neil’s own words:

“I’ve been a fan of motorcycles for as long as I can remember. At twelve years old, my room was plastered with racing posters and I wondered if I’d ever get the chance to ride on a racetrack.
That dream has since become a reality and I’m enjoying every moment of it.
Early in my racing career, I realized the importance of proper coaching for improving performance and safety. It’s a pleasure and an honour to pass along my knowledge and experience to riders who are pursuing a similar journey.

I look forward to the challenges, growth, and memories that lie ahead.”
