Most professionals are taught how to speak clearly—but not how to position their value.

In April, I’m opening a small, select group of five professionals for:

Executive Communication Compass Training

A communication-based change process for professionals who want to communicate value, influence outcomes, and get noticed.

• This is not public speaking coaching
• This is not about scripts or memorizing what to say

I’ve worked with individuals (including myself) who were raised to believe that speaking confidently about their strengths meant overstepping or “bragging.”

In executive environments, that belief quietly limits visibility, influence, and opportunity.

This training is designed to change that.

Inside this training, you will learn how to:
• Communicate your value without minimizing yourself
• Clearly articulate your skills, experience, and impact
• Speak with certainty in leadership and professional settings
• Move from hesitation into confident decision-making
• Align how you communicate with where you’re going

Training Format:
• Weekly 1-hour sessions (in-person and/or virtual)
• Recorded sessions and on-demand resources
• Guided practice exercises to apply between sessions

This is a founding group
There is no financial cost to participate.

However, this is a committed training process. Participants must be willing to:

• Attend weekly sessions
• Complete preparation exercises
• Provide feedback to strengthen the model
• Engage in meaningful personal and professional growth

This is executive-level training designed to strengthen how you show up in environments where your voice and value matter.
Participants who complete the process will receive a Certificate of Completion.

Only 5 participants will be selected.
