We are a health and wellness facility, located at the heart of 124 Street. We are one of Edmonton's premier strength facilities that are open to the public and we would be honoured to have you come and visit. Along with a full fitness facility, we also provide a space that allows chiropractors, massage therapists, physiotherapists, personal trainers and many more to work out of our facility, creating a one-stop-shop for health and wellness.
