Proposed updates to the Zoning Bylaw focus on how mid-block row houses are built and how they fit into existing neighbourhoods.

Changes aim to:
🟦 Reduce the maximum number of units from 8 to 6
🟦 Decrease building size and shadow impacts on neighbouring homes
🟦 Limit side entrances to prevent clustering on one side
🟦 Increae space along the side of a building for pathways, drainage and other features
🟦 Improve how buildings face the street
