It was great to connect with industry partners, colleagues, and friends at the CCW Summer Social last night!

Thank you to the Canadian Construction Women (CCW) team for another fantastic event. We’re glad to support opportunities that build connection, collaboration, and community across our industry.

Some of the best community projects start with a simple idea.

In Saskatoon, members of our Avenue Living – Lakewood Manor project team took a break from the jobsite to build handcrafted schlockey boards for students at Westmount School, a local school with deep Métis roots and a long history of fostering culture, learning and community.

The boards will give students another way to stay active and have fun when outdoor activities are limited during recess.

Thank you to our Lakewood Manor team members for using their skills to make a lasting impact—both on and off the jobsite.

Significant progress continues at the Tulita Health and Social Services Centre as the project moves closer to completion.

A major milestone has been reached with interior construction activities now complete. Installation of furniture, fixtures and equipment (FF&E) is in its final stages, helping prepare the facility for future occupants.

Startup, testing, and commissioning of building systems are also well underway, ensuring mechanical, electrical, and life safety systems are ready to support long-term performance. Outside, favourable weather conditions have allowed site development and civil works to advance steadily as crews focus on the final stages of construction.

The team remains focused on delivering a modern healthcare facility that will provide essential health and social services for the Tulita community for years to come.
