Our client came to us worried they would have to have this beautiful section taken apart on their front deck porch. They had been told by other roofing contractors that the only solution was to dismantle it completely.

This add-on was originally installed to bring natural light onto the porch while still offering protection from the elements. It was designed to create a bright, inviting space where you can sit, relax, and enjoy the outdoors comfortably.

Instead of telling them it had to come down, we slowed down and did our due diligence. We took the time to understand exactly how the system worked, from the structural framing to the finishing details. Once we fully understood it, we were able to repair the section properly and preserve the original design.

This area was meant for peaceful mornings, evening conversations, and simple moments of enjoyment. It deserved care, not demolition.
