It is located in northern, Ontario Canada. The community is suffering in poverty. Some living like those that live in third world countries. I couldn't believe that when i first read about it !! Right here in Canada ?? There are those individuals that donate funds to other parts of the world to help in their needs, which is of course something i would do if i could, but why not help right here at
