We ❤️ low vacancy rates …

🚩 3 Common Misconceptions about Investing in the West 🚩

1️⃣ If you’ve paid attention to Alberta, you have probably heard “Boom and Bust Cycle” a lot. Sure, the economy does have some periods of economic vulnerability, unlike other cycles this boom is not driven by oil and gas, there’s still alot of opportunity investing out here despite some fluctuations!

2️⃣ Similarly, people often think that Western Canada’s economy is only dependent on oil and gas, but we have so much more to offer! Of course, energy resources play a significant role, but we also have other things going for us like technology, agriculture, forestry, tourism and now the affordability factor.

3️⃣ If you’re not already in the know about Western Canada, you might overlook it for “bigger” markets like Eastern Canada or the US! But we’re getting a lot of immigration into the Western provinces and have thriving cities Calgary and Edmonton that are appealing to more and more people due to the affordability and job opportunities.

When it comes to new properties, our NUMBER ONE priority is ✨Clear Communication✨.

First, we provide everyone with a welcome package that talks about who we are, what we offer, and how tenants can reach us if they want to chat further.

Next, we make sure we’re available on-site as often as we can be in the first few weeks! The number one thing we usually end up getting asked/talking about is how to swap over to our rent payment portal (a tool we love that makes things easier on us and on the tenants!)

We know change is difficult, so whether it’s rent or someone just wanting to get to know us more, we’re always willing to talk it out!
