Riley Chernoff-Has been performing since the age of 12 with DRT, The Command Sisters, The Chickenheads, Blues Puppy, Marystown, The Stephanie Harpe Experience, Trace Italian, Shotty Horroh and others. At the age of 13 he was Co-Writer with his DRT band mates and David Gogo on "Slow it Down" from Gogo's Juno Award Nominated “Soul Bender” Album. He has playe
d in bands that have opened for Jack de Keyzer, Creedence Clearwater Revisited, Trooper, Loverboy, Kim Mitchel, Blackie and the Rodeo Kings, Tom Cochrane and Red Rider, Harlequin, Jefferson Starship, Nick Gilder and Sweeny Todd and Doucette. He has helped mentor kids in the Centre for Arts and Music Program under the umbrella of The Rock and Roll Society of Edmonton and has played with his bands and many others for charity functions to help those less fortunate and those in need. He is a graduate of Bellerose Composite High School in June 2015. Riley was a pillar in the Bellerose music program and has gained further experience as Orchestra Drummer for the Spam-A-Lot production in spring of 2015. He has studied under Greg Pretty, Marcel Sieben, Sandro Dominelli and Chad Melchert on his road to becoming a professional drummer and can play everything from Blues to Country to Rock, Pop and Punk. He has toured Europe and across Canada multiple times and recorded in multiple studios in Edmonton, Toronto and Baton Rouge. Current projects are Hunchback with a new record in 2022 and The Beach Towels. He's shared the stage with Clayton Bellamy, Bobby Cameron, Darrell Barr, Troy Turner, David Gogo and others and has been described as one of Alberta's most promising young drummers.
