Before and after comparison photos of an LED retrofit project finished recently. Go green by converting old fluorescent bulbs to LED's. Direct wire 120 volt LED bulbs eliminates the balast lowering maintenance costs. The LED tube uses nearly half of the power of a comparable T8 fluorescent while updating the appearance of your lighting.

The result of installing the wires in the back of the plug in rather then wrapping the wire around the screws. We've done numerous trouble calls with the same issue, unfortunately this quick method to wiring a plug is a fire hazard.
