This summer, the house might not be the cleanest it's ever been. There will be popsicle sticks and slurpee cup rings on the patio table, wet beach towels in the laundry room from days in the water, and soccer balls and hula hoops laying the grass. Running through the sprinkler or going for a rip on the slip n' slide will sometimes count as bathtime. Routine may go out the window so we can roast hot dogs, marshmallows, and gaze at the stars. Grass between the toes on a daily basis as well as storytime is a must. And we must not forget epic bike rides and our quest to find the playground with the biggest slide.
This summer will be anything but spotless and 'according to plan'....but dang, it's going to be a ton of fun! 🥰🌞😎
