Chef has come up with another incredible menu this year to celebrate 2025 in style. 3-course menu including a beautiful red wine braised short rib w/ sauce borderlaise, Aligot & braised red cabbage, pictured 👆

This beauty is basically a Mezcal peppermint patty! 400 Conejos mezcal, nodo coffee liqueur, white crème de cacao, china-china amer, peppermint extract, egg white froth, finished w/ grated Belgian white chocolate.
