I am so happy with my new location. There are 3 schools beside each other with amazing green space. The community comes out in full force with tons of kids playing in the multiple parks as well as kids/adults playing various sports on the fields and families walking together enjoying the fresh spring air💗

🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️Hey guys, I am happy to announce a couple of changes for Griffith Training for 2019. 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️

First exciting news is I am now offering online coaching!!! I am excited to expand my services to better assist my clients. Now I can monitor your progress and change programs more efficiently.
Second, I am only offering my mobile training services , NO MORE GYM. I feel like my clients benefit from learning in the comfort of their own home and are far more successful than meeting at the gym.
And lastly , after 5 great years of solid clients I am happy to announce that I have some of my prime time hours available starting February 25, 2019.
