Hello U13 Tiering Coaches,

After 2 solid days of play and some really great, close games, it looks like the weather will most likely get the better of us tomorrow. As such, here is our plan moving forward:

- If it starts raining tonight and continues through the overnight hours, we will make the official call at 6:00 am to CANCEL all games on Sunday. We will notify everyone via email from this email address.

- If the hourly forecast at 6:00 am indicates we have a reasonable likelihood of playing until 2:00 pm we will begin the Game 5 series as planned at 8:00 am. Barring a drastic delay in the poor weather, we will cancel the Game 6 series at this time.

*To give everyone the opportunity to play 5 games total for the weekend, we must have playable conditions from 8 am until roughly 2 pm.

- If the game 5 series is a go, 3 teams will be required to play 2 games to allow the opposition to get in their 1 game of the day (and 5th game of the weekend). The 3 affected teams will have the choice of which game they wish to count towards towards their standings but will have to make that decision prior to the start of any games at 8:00 am. This is due to the odd number of teams.
