Wait lists for both Armsworthy and Freedom are open for morning and afternoon slots.

I have some bittersweet but incredibly exciting news to share regarding the future of my practice. After years of growing under the Armsworthy Acupuncture and Wellness name, I am officially beginning the transition to a new, solo-owned professional identity.

​Building this practice has been an incredible experience, and I am so grateful for the journey that led me here. However, as my clinical focus has deepened, I felt it was time to evolve into a brand that truly reflects the specialized, integrated work I do every day.

​What this means for you:
While my brand identity is evolving, my commitment to your care remains the same. I am currently in the process of finalizing my new practice name and look forward to sharing it with you very soon! In the meantime, please note that Armsworthy Acupuncture & Wellness will be officially dissolved by the summer of 2027 as I fully transition into this new chapter.

​This shift allows me to focus more intentionally on providing high-quality neuro-anatomical and systemic treatments, centering my practice on the neuromodulation and recovery goals we work toward together.
