We use a simple 30-minute Friday check-in on every active project: scope and code alignment, coordination hot-spots, external approvals, and long-lead procurement. It wraps up with a one-page log so nothing disappears over the weekend.

No special software. No lengthy process. Just a consistent weekly habit — and it genuinely shortens permit paths and reduces the kind of redesigns that quietly double your drawing budget.
