Our barrel rooms hold hundreds of barrels, each one fermenting for 1-4 years. The Monolith is where traditional brewing technique meets modern technology and scientific method. It's Great Thursday on Happy Beer Street! We're releasing Kensington Meadows, a Bourbon barrel-aged dark lager that aged for 8 months in a single barrel of Doc Swinson's.
