This case is unique because she has a complex under eye area, as the fat pads underneath the eye are pronounced.

This can give a tired appearance to our patients, from younger ages up to mature.

A lot of research has been done on how to treat these patients, mostly leading to a recommendation for surgery.

Although surgery can be a great option, for some patients the downtime is not feasible.
