We also carry fresh hutterite farm eggs and certified organic eggs. All of our SMOKED products are made here in our store and do NOT contain any Wheat, MSG, or Gluten. We offer some seafood products such as salmon, halibut, white fish, pike, and arctic char when in season. Our family run facility provides you with a highly skilled butcher and his friendly wife who maintain a very high standard of quality assurance in the work place. Along with our staff, we take extreme pride in the workmanship that goes into our products. We do custom cutting, sausage making, jerky and pepperoni, including WILD GAME processing.
