Tattoos by Fawn

Hi Everyone,

Fawn, my wife has been hospitalized as of Friday September 19th. After months of steady decline, even with medications, she eventually lost the ability to walk completely. She’s in the ICU now and is currently going for an MRI of her lower spine as suggested by her neurologist.

The combined meds (which didn’t help her pain and just built up in her kidneys) over the last couple of months severely lowered her appetite, and over time she became malnourished and extremely dehydrated. A few days before I called the ambulance, she began experiencing delirium. I couldn’t get her to eat or drink and she started fading fast.

I’m sorry for the info dump but I’ve seen people comment about her condition being a sham and a “mystery illness”. It’s serious enough for them to be providing immediate and serious care. Someone who’s getting a feeding tube installed isn’t faking an illness.

I’m very busy but I’ll do my best to respond to any questions in the comments and appreciate everyone’s kindness and understanding.

I apologize for being mostly unresponsive but there has been a lot on my plate family wise but everyone will be responded to eventually, and refund requests for her missed appointments will be addressed.

Hey everyone, just a few things:

* My condition is still the same. No better but no worse so at least there’s that.

* To be clear - I am not tattooing right now and am taking it week by week until a very important appointment August 20th, as already said. There have been accusations of me secretly tattooing. These allegations are false.

* As stated in a previous post, no one is being ignored or “ghosted”, and will be refunded when possible. We are changing our entire situation in able to do this. Your patience is appreciated. Emails WILL be responded too. Since I physically cannot help with our studio move - Jareth is doing a lot of it alone with a very small amount amazing friends, and hasn’t had the time to look at all emails. We should be completely moved in a few days and then he can start with the admin stuff.

* Because of the recent “death threats” online, we’ve received - and now have had someone actually physically show up, very aggressively, at the Mercer, (our old studio location) I felt the need to address this:

* We, sadly, are no longer at the Mercer building. We loved the community and hold the landlord and family in high regard and are devastated that this unexpectedly happened. That being said - showing up and acting aggressively towards anyone that has nothing to do with Stab Candy is completely unacceptable.

* There is absolutely nothing that can be done until I get the medical attention and medication I need to move forward and tattoo again. I have not taken ANY new deposits or anything towards tattooing, since my condition escalated and I’ve been confined to home.
