I'm speechless. So much information; so much to take in. I will definitely read this over and over again. Like last time.
It's great to read it. And after reading this there's this interesting and amazing feeling of connection. Deep, for sure. Nothing superficial about it at all... ;o) Loving it!

The stuff/suggestions about my parents: I should have had that years ago!

I've felt abandonment my whole life. but always others abandoning me. I don't mean that in a bad or boo-hoo way or as 'me just being a victim'. I just thought of that when I saw the word.
I've never had right shoulder pain..... Is that coming? Hope not. Or will it come as a sign I need to let go?
I did always have back pain, in my lower back -and more to the left-, but ever since my ex left that's gone.

The "Judge Not; Fear Not; Resist Not" is great and I've written it already on my board, here at work and will do so at home. Very good!

Ha - praising myself..... good one. Never done that. Where I come from (the family I grew up in and the culture I'm from, we don't praise ourselves as that's considered arrogant). Well, hell with that, eh?!

Get clear on what I want right now..... I will!!

Opening heart is spending time near water it said I might be going on a trip to be near water ... yes please ! Also releasing resistance and opening the heart to trust .
