A little reminder to get outside, move your body, and make some space to breathe this week 🌿
Wednesday nights have become one of our favorite parts of summer!
There’s something really grounding about gathering in the park after a long day, rolling out our mats, and moving together as the sun starts to settle.
So much of life pulls our attention everywhere else. Thinking ahead, replaying the day, constantly moving from one thing to the next. These evenings feel like a chance to step out of that for a little while and come back to the present moment.
To feel the grass beneath you, the warmth of the evening sun, the music moving through the space, and the simple feeling of being fully here.
No pressure, no expectations, just a space to breathe, move, and reconnect for an hour surrounded by fresh air and good people.
And if the weather doesn’t cooperate, your class will always be refunded or moved to the next date ☔️

OUTDOOR PARK YOGA IS BACK
We are sooo excited to be kicking off another season practicing outside under the open sky!
From May to August, catch us Wednesday nights 6:30–7:30PM at our Forest Heights spot (84 Street & 103 Ave). We set up just beside the parking lot 💖
We’re kicking off the season with our first outdoor class THIS Wednesday and it’s looking like nothing but sunshine. The vibe of Wednesday nights is a dynamic slow flow that builds a little heat while keeping things grounded. You’ll always have the option to rest or move as your body needs. Your practice, your pace 🌞
All of our class passes are valid for Outdoor Park Classes, and we always offer a pay-what-you-can drop in if funds are feeling tight 🫶

WEDNESDAY NIGHT STUDIO CLASSES ARE BACK!
We are so excited to get back on the mat with you every Wednesday in our beautiful lil home starting THIS week✨️
Join us every Wednesday from 7 to 8pm for a yummy slow flow style practice. This month we’ll explore the front body lines, gently accessing the heart space and inviting in softness, openness, and self-connection.
February is our invitation to love ourselves a little deeper by tending to the inner soil as we transition toward spring.
Through slow, intentional movement and breath, we’ll weave awareness through the layers of body and mind, creating space for what’s ready to bloom.
Come rest, open, and nourish the heart as we prepare to rise into the energy of the spring season ahead. 💗🌱
