Life has felt like trudging through insanely deep snow lately. Been trying to spend as much time as possible in the studio to feel some sense of hope for good things to come.

Here’s my apple painting in the ugly stage and some other stuff I’m working on. If February is the ugly stage of the year, we just need to keep working on it a little bit more, and the good will start coming through soon. Take it easy on yourself friends 🫶

Some awesome things that happened last year:

- had some of the best art walks! WOW thank you!!
- painted some things
- started teaching art lessons and classes!
- got my work for sale in multiple different local shops
- made some tote bags, notebooks, and lots of new prints
- set up my online shop!
- grew a whole garden from seed
- made almost all of my Christmas gifts homemade for the 2nd year in a row

In 2026, lets bring more crafting for ✨fun✨ and also more play into our art!

Introducing Pocket Garden Prints 🌱

Start by choosing which seed you would like, and inside the seed pouch comes a little unique artist print, with a fortune on the back. All the seeds are harvested from my own garden, and the prints feature little critters and vignettes from my larger paintings.
