A thought found a hold. I understood why, just wanted to understand when. I wanted to write. And then WHAM, life happened. I used excuses, logic and just plain ignored these thoughts. Today life is a chore. I don't feel like myself at all. I'm a shadow of myself. My wife and kids worry. I worry. I know one way or another I will go forward. I'm very lucky as to have such love in my life. Our granddaughter is staying with us and for the past few days she came up to me and told me that I was her hero. A very tall order to live up to. Those that know me know that I don't ask for help, I give it. No matter how hard life goes there is always someone who's life is more challenging. Over the past year we have spiraled down to the bottom. We stress everyday. We move forward sometimes, trying always to hold our own. I need to transform my work life once again. Our lifesaving grace is my wife. I feel waisted, my mind, body and soul has worn to nothing. So when someone asks how I am, I will put on a front and say I'm doing better. I'm confused on why my body just isn't listening to me. If anyone can give me some ideas I would be grateful.
